    "saying I love you may be as important as you breathing and might even be more important than that. 

    

    it seems like the most basic way but it's the most effective way. saying I love you is as important for the recipient as well as the person who said it. the one receiving may or may not accept the blessing but that is of no concern to the giver. the one saying the phrase experiences an extraordinary reaction and change within themselves. 

    

    saying I love you opens up the heart and allows one to experience a truth that comes with genuine expression. it allows you to feel free and exercise your will. it allows one to experience the liberty of being oneself and the opinions of others become obsolete because your expression is based on your inner feeling rather than their reaction. 

    Love is a liberating feeling. spread as much of your love everyday as you possibly can.
